We sell unbranded physical home decor and surface styling products — picture frames, gallery-wall sets, floating shelves, decorative mirrors, wall clocks, vases, faux greenery, woven baskets, decorative trays, wall hooks, LED candle holders, cushion covers, table runners, coasters and blank canvas boards.

We do not sell any artwork or prints containing third-party intellectual property. Frames are sold empty; any generic sample image shown is illustrative and not included as licensed art.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any shipping shown at checkout and any import duties or taxes payable on delivery. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch; until then we may decline or cancel it and refund you.

Payment is taken securely through Stripe. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Framecraft never receives your full card details. The billing descriptor is FRAMECRAFT DECOR.

We ship worldwide to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. You are the importer of record and responsible for any duties or taxes charged in your country. Risk and title in the goods pass to you on delivery.

Wall-mounted items (shelves, mirrors, clocks, hooks) are self-assembly hardware. You are responsible for confirming your wall type, using suitable fixings and observing stated load limits. Fragile items must be handled with care. Candle holders use flameless LED candles only. Blank canvas boards contain no paint or chemicals. Small parts may pose a choking hazard to children under 3.

Your use of the site and any content you submit is governed by our Acceptable Use and Content License policies. You are solely responsible for any image you place in a frame and must not use infringing or unlawful content.

Membership tiers (Easel, Studio, Gallery) are subscriptions billed in USD via Stripe. Paid benefits (member pricing, shipping, extended returns and priority perks) apply while your subscription is active. There are no points, stored balances or cashback, and period-based perks do not roll over. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the affected order. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to observe stated load and safety guidance.

The store is not for children under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent to order and pay.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
