Refund & Returns Policy

How to return Framecraft styling sets and how refunds work. This policy sits alongside our Shipping & Delivery policy.
1. Standard return window
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Studio members have 60 days and Gallery members 90 days. Items must be unused, undamaged and complete with all included parts.
2. Fragile items (mirrors, glass frames, ceramic vases)
Fragile items must be returned in their original protective packaging. Please repack them carefully; returns of fragile items that are not adequately protected may be refused or refunded in part where damage occurs in return transit. If a fragile item arrives broken, see section 4.
3. Non-returnable situations
For hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns of items that have been installed, drilled, used or altered, or blank canvas boards that have been painted on, unless they are faulty.
4. Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or we send the wrong or an incomplete order, contact support@canvart.shop within 14 days with your order reference and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping we ask you to arrange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. How to start a return
Email support@canvart.shop with your order reference and the items you wish to return. We will send return instructions. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect. All refunds are made in USD.
7. Memberships
Membership subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period. Membership fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.
