Where is my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your set ships. If tracking has not updated after the delivery window in our Shipping & Delivery policy, contact us with your order reference.
Do frames come with pictures?
No. Frames ship empty so you can add your own photos or art. Room images on the site are illustrative only.
Something arrived damaged.
Fragile items (mirrors, glass frames, ceramic vases) are packed for transit. If anything arrives broken, email us photos within the window in our Refund & Returns policy and we will replace or refund it.
How do I return an item?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned per our Refund & Returns policy. Start a return by contacting support with your order reference.
Are the candle holders real flame?
No. All candle holders use flameless LED candles only. We never sell real candles or open-flame products.
How do I cancel my membership?
Manage or cancel your membership anytime from your account. Billing questions can be sent to support.
